Cancellation Policy

- Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, it is requested that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or pay the missed appointment fee in full.

Lateness Policy - I request that you arrive early for your appointment. If you arrive in a frenzied, rushed state, it will take longer to reach the desired relaxed state. In order for me to uphold my professional standards of being 'on time', Clients arriving late not receive an extended appointment but will receive what time there is remaining in their scheduled appointment. They will still be charged for the full appointment.

Sickness Policy - Jennifer recognizes that both the therapist and client is vulnerable to infections and therefore ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell. If a client has any of the following contagious illnesses the massage session will be rescheduled:

Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps, Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Conjunctivitis, Rubella, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza, Meningococcal Disease, Polio, Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp, Scabies, Thrush, Whooping Cough and the Common Cold or Flu....or any other contagious illness.

If the therapist is ill on the day of your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled.

Medical Conditions -
If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. If you have a specific health condition, you must receive permission from your physician to proceed with massage. In certain situations, the practitioner will ask to speak to your doctor directly. This is merely a precaution to ensure
your safety.

Referral Policy -
If you appreciate my work, please recommend me to your friends and relatives. For each referral you will receive $5 off your next 1 hour massage.

Gift Certificate Purchase Policy -
All sales of gift certificates are final. There are no refunds on Gift Certificates. Gift certificates may be redeemed for the service intended by the purchaser or the original cash value may be used as payment toward a service of equal or greater. If a gratuity was added to a Gift Certificate by the purchaser it is to be used as Gratuity and has no cash value towards any service.

Gift Certificate Expiration Policy -
Although it is preferred that gift certificates be used in a timely manner, Jennifer's gift certificates do not expire.

Inappropriate Advances- All of my services are NON-SEXUAL! It is "absolutely unacceptable" for any client to suggest, by action or language inappropriate advances towards the therapist. Your session will end immediately, you will be required to pay for the appointment that was set for you, you will be asked to leave immediately and you are not expected to return for future appointments.

Forms of Payment-
Payment is required at the time of each appointment. GST will be added to all prices. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and MasterCard.

Gratuity -
Services and packages do not include gratuity. Gratuities are not expected or necessary,
however they are an excellent way to let the therapist know that they've done an outstanding job and are always appreciated.

If you choose to tip, the average amount is 10 - 15%.
